API

4 endpoints. One key, or none at all.

Every endpoint answers in JSON over REST, MCP and A2A. Prices are per successful call; on AWS Marketplace a call is one $0.01 unit, except GET /v1/city-pack uses 25 ($0.25).

Coverage: 2,667 restaurants and 42,785 menu items in 348 cities in 82 countries (21,251 with a verified price), data as of November 5, 2026. A price appears only when it was verified against the restaurant's own menu; otherwise price is null and price_status says why.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still have a question? Contact Waltsoft.

What is DishPulse?

DishPulse is a pay-per-call API for restaurant dish data: where a dish is served, which restaurants are near a point, and what is on a menu, with a price only when it was verified against the restaurant's own menu.

Where does the data come from?

From each restaurant's own website and published menu, with the source link and check date on every dish. A price is returned only when it was verified against that menu; otherwise it is null and price_status says why.

Which cities are covered?

Today: 348 cities in 82 countries, with 2,667 restaurants and 42,785 menu items, data as of November 5, 2026. Coverage grows as records are verified. GET /v1/coverage lists every city with live counts.

How do I pay, and what does a call cost?

/v1/dishes $0.01, /v1/near $0.01, /v1/restaurant $0.01, /v1/city-pack $0.25. An agent with a wallet pays each call with x402 in USDC on Base or Solana, with no signup. Anyone else buys a one-time credit pack by card (one credit is one cent, so the Starter pack, $10, covers 1,000 lookups at $0.01). A team on AWS subscribes in AWS Marketplace and pays $0.01 per unit on its AWS bill; /v1/city-pack uses 25 units ($0.25). A call is charged only when it succeeds.

What happens if nothing matches my search?

The API answers 404 and you are not charged. The same goes for bad parameters (400) and any server error.

Does DishPulse include ratings or reviews?

No. It has no ratings, review counts, review text or photos from other sites, only facts from the restaurant's own published information.
